Yakoon offers its clients the opportunity to apply to become a Reseller. This is a purchasing relationship and is subject to the Standard Yakoon Terms and Conditions.

1. APPLICATION TO BECOME A RESELLER

Any Yakoon Client (any person or company who is in possession of a valid Yakoon Client ID) can apply to become a reseller. This is done by filling in a Reseller application form. Yakoon may at its sole discretion approve, disapprove or re-evaluate Reseller applications. After approval, the client will have Reseller Status.

2. BRANDING AND ENDORSEMENTS

Resellers may have the following text displayed on their site: "Powered by Yakoon", if they want to make reference to Yakoon as their technology provider. No other branding is allowed, except where the product dictates.

3. TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

Yakoon or the Reseller may terminate this agreement by notifying the other party via e-mail that the agreement is terminated. Such notification will take immediate effect.
